Online shopping and purchase of any item can be canceled at any time due to any of the following: out of stock, wrong address, improper selection/booking, insufficient payment of the product.

Delivery/Shipping Service Policy
Application for the Delivery Service, customer agrees and accepts the below Delivery Shipping Service's Terms and Conditions
Delivery of online shopped/purchased of the laptop accessories at www.mandiratech.com or apparatus after repaired/service/diagnose is possible after the clearance of all dues including all charges as mentioned and agreed upon at www.mandiratech.com/Service Receipt/Bill/Media Assessment form.
Delivery/Shipping Service available only in Indian territory and within some selected cities.
Delivery of the device/apparatus to the registered delivery address as per the address registered by the customer at www.mandiratech.com will be executed by the courier company itself.
Delivery of the apparatus/accessories may be at courier company's counter nearest to the customer's address or at customer's door delivery.
We are not responsible for un-delivered/damaged of device/apparatus during transition and caused by act of god (earthquake, fire, flood, lightening etc.).
Customer has to provide proper ownership document are necessary at the time of delivery, if apparatus is seized by Exercise, Custom or Police Department.

Pickup Service Policy
By registering for the Pickup Service, customer agrees and accepts the below Pickup Service Terms and Conditions:
Pickup Service and Delivery Service is provided by the third party courier service provider company. If customer fails to obey the rules and breaks any national and international security policy, legal action will be taken on him as per national and international law.
The consignment should not contain any valuable item, precious and semi precious stones,Cash, Jewellery, currency notes, contraband items, explosives or hazardous item, weapons or any original documents, banking instruments etc. which is infringes to the 1983 postal act or prohibited by air, rail, road, water transportation.
All consignment are sent entirely at owner’s risk and the company shall not be responsible for any loss or any reason whatsoever, if risk charges are not paid in this consignment note.
The company reserves the right to entrust the goods to any other transport/Courier for carriage.
The company shall not be responsible for any enquiry regarding consignment after 20 days from the date of booking of the consignment.
Maximum sum of Rs. 100/- may be paid in cash to the consignor’s compensation on loss of document/article during transit.
Letter is not accepted by us. No delivery on Sunday and holidays.
Company shall not be liable for any loss or losses if arises due to act of god, natural calamities and due to act of enemy and/or to unruly mob.
Service Tax, Sales Tax or any other Tax/charges levied by the central/State Govt. or any other authorities time to time shall be payable by the consignor/consignee apart from the fright.
All the liabilities in respect of this consignment shall be born by the party not by company.
Customer has no right to claim any loss if the parcel is not picked up neither in time(due date) nor visited the pickup address at all.
Purchasing/repairing any device/apparatus/accessories from M/s. Mandira Tech, customer agrees and accepts the below warranty service policy and all Terms and Conditions.
Warranty of sold/repaired devices/apparatus/accessories is covered only after making the complete payment of the price/service charge of the devices/apparatus/accessories including tax(if applicable) as per the Sales & service terms and conditions.
Warranty period of the sold/repaired devices/apparatus/accessories is followed as per the period in days/weeks/months mentioned in the bill/money receipt/purchase order and approved mail communication.
Warranty can not be claimed if the sold/repaired devices/apparatus/accessories is damaged during transition and caused by act of god (earthquake, fire, flood, lightening etc.).
Warranty can be claimed only after providing proper ownership/ bill/ money receipt in original.
Customer has to send/submit the apparatus/accessories shopped/purchased/serviced from M/s. Mandira Tech to the registered office address of the M/s. Mandira Tech for the warranty verification.
After the verification process customer will be duly informed from M/s. Mandira Tech about the warranty status of the apparatus/accessories and the further process to his/her communication E-mail ID.
Customer agrees that M/s. Mandira Tech and or/ its supplier may inspect , analyze identify the problem, and/for recover or minimize the damage to the equipment/data/media and/or provide other relevent services as may be requested by the customer.Upon payment of media analysis charge or as agreed between Mandira Tech and Customer, Customer may submit his/her data storage device or media to Mandira Tech along with completely,filled MAF to initiate the data recovery process and Mandira Tech will engage reasonable efforts and appropriate tools and techniques to analyze storage device or media for possibility of data recovery and would provide Customer with a report / Quatation for the actual reovery work. On receiving confirmation by e-mail or facsimile from Customer, Mandira Tech would proceed with the data recoveryprocess and on completion would send the detail directory list in text file to Customer e-mail address registered with Mandira Tech or alternatively Customers representative may visit Mandira Tech and can verify the data. Upon verification of recovered data the Customer need to sign Data verification Form/Job Satisfaction Note,which would be binding on Customer that he/she will take the in 30 working days. Customer not responding to our communication and/or quotation and/or directory listing and/or verification from within 15days from the date of receiving communication/quotation/directory listing/verification will move device and/or data in unclaimed section. Any device,media and/or data unclaimed or left with Mandira Tech with or without full payment after 60days from the data of signing MAF will be disposed at discretion of Mandira and would release Mandira Tech from any obligation of confidentially related to the device,media and/or data and Customer ceases the right of ownership to that media.
Acknowledging Existing Conditions
Customer acknowledges that the device and/or media being given to Mandira Tech may be damaged prior to its receipt by Mandira Tech. Inspite of processing received crashed storage media with best for further damage that may occur to the Customer's device,media and/or data. Please note that Mandira Tech is only committing to reasonable efforts with existing technology and techniques however Mandira Tech cannot promise or gurantee particular results.
Mandira Tech will use any information contained in the device and/or media only for the intended purpose and will otherwise keep such information disclosed by the Customer under this agreement in the strict confidence. Mandira Tech will ensure reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure of Customer's data of the same degree as ensured by Mandira Tech in protecting its own confidential information.Mandira Tech will not disclose any information to any person(s) except to the authorized representative /contact person of the Customer or as required by by law. Mandira Tech being global organization,Customer hereby agrees to the transfer of information,device and/or media to its other locations for the sole purpose of fullfilling the agreement. Upon realization of data recovery charges Mandira Tech will ensure wiping beyond recovery the data within 7 working days,which will release Mandira Tech from confidentially of data.
No warranties; Disclaimer of all warranties
Customer agrees to avail Mandira Tech data recovery services,at its own risk. Mandira Tech do not extend any express,implied,statutory warranty or condition for any good or service and specifically disclaims all implied warranties including any implied warranty or condition of merchantability,warranty of fitness for a particular purpose of warranty of accuracy arising from the usage of trade or course of dealing or performance.
Customer hereby declares that the data residing inside the media submitted for data recovery does not have any commercial value nor it is readily saleable in open market.
Terms of Payment
Customer hereby agrees to pay all sums as agreed within specified time limit,which will typically include charges for availing Mandira Tech data analysis services,data recovery services,imaging,cloning statutory charges and any other charges that are payable in advance on at the time of data recovery.The processing fee is not refundable.The refundable amount can only be deposited or transferred to the customer’s bank account and the account should be in the name of the customer. Customer has to provide the bank detail as soon as the Data Recovery process is aborted and all refunding process is completed within 30 days. The customer should be able to provide the bank detail within 2 month and 15 days before the end of the financial year of the media receiving.
Hard Disk Exchange Service is a process of availing a new hard disk in exchange of existing old hard disk.
Customer submits his/her old hard disk for verification for Hard Disk Exchange Service at M/s. Mandira Tech's registered office at Guwahati for few days.
Hard Disk Exchange Service is not customer's right to claim.
This service available as per the stock availability.
Decision of exchanging hard disk is M/s Mandira Tech's own decision and not answerable to any customer/visitor if M/s. Mandira Tech is unable to provide this service.
The Obligations of the Hard Disk Exchange Service:
The defective/old hard disk submitted for exchange is broken and damaged.
Warranty void seal and any label is tempered.
Original HDA(Hard Disk Assembly) and external casing opened.
Hard Disk PCB burnt and scratched.
Any kind of dent on HDA(Hard Disk Assembly).
Full of dust, erased any printed detail on the hard disk.
Hard Disk is third party product of an OEM Company of any Desktop and Laptop.
Older than 3 years from the date of purchase.
This Exchange service is a process of claiming replacement from the OEM Company of the hard disk.
We are not interrupting the business process of the OEM Company of the Hard Disk. We claim the replacement of the hard disk to the OEM Company of the Hard disk if the customer/original buyer of the same refuses to claim the warranty.
In this agreement customer accepts all terms and conditions and refuses to claim the replacement of the hard disk from the OEM company of the Hard Disk and allows M/s. Mandira Tech to claim the same from the OEM Company.
Repair Service Policy
Registering for the Repair Service, customer is agreed and accepted the below Repair Service Terms and Conditions

Hard Disk for replacement.
Memory Card for data recovery.
Pen Drive for data recovery.
Desktop for data recovery.
Desktop for repairing

Toner for refilling.
Motherboard (Desktop) for repairing.
Motherboard (Laptop) for repairing.
Motherboard (Laptop) for replacement.
Device(s) / Apparatus which are shipped by courier service provider from the customer to our business address are entered in our database/service register assigning to the registered customer ID .
After receiving the device/ apparatus All services are done only in our workshop by our Service Engineer.
Received device/Apparatus is verified if
This receipt must be produced at the time of taking delivery.
All delivery against Cash/ Cheque / Online payment only.
Proper ownership documents are necessary at the time of delivery, if apparatus is seized by Exercise, Customer or Police Departments.
Company shall not be responsible, if delivery of the repaired apparatus is not taken within 30 days from the date of service receipt and Company reserves the right to recover their invested amount by disposing of the apparatus and no further claims will be entertained legally.
All the apparatus accepted for repair at Owner’s Risk only. Estimated charges Rs. 300/- to Rs. 1000/- is applicable if the apparatus is not repaired.
No subsequent responsibility will be taken for any loss or damage to the apparatus due to fire, theft, riot or any other natural calamities.
In no case Company will be laid for delay caused due to non-availability of any spares or any other technical region whatever. The Company takes the right to return the un-repaired apparatus to the owner and no claim will be entertained.
At the time of delivery a satisfactory demonstration will be given at Company’s Showroom at Guwahati and no subsequent responsibility is taken for any variation in performance afterward.
The Company is at liberty to revise the Estimate if any part/parts found defective during repair and such all jobs are undertaken on clear understanding that the client agrees to pay such additional charge on demand.
This '30 Day Money Back Guarantee' scheme valid for online purchasing from M/s. Mandira Tech at www.mandiratech.com for online registered customers only.
This '30 Day Money Back Guarantee' scheme applicable only on late on time delivery. If M/s. Mandira Tech fails to deliver the parcel/accessories on due time, customer can claim the refund of his/her full payment within 30 days counting from the last estimated date of the delivery.
Customer has to notify us by sending a order cancellation E-mail along with the purchase order detail to email@example.com within 30 days counting from the last of estimated date of the delivery before receiving.
Customer can not claim this '30 Day Money Back Guarantee' scheme if customer accepts and receives the parcel/accessories within due time or within 30 days counting from the last estimated date of the delivery.
This '30 Day Money Back Guarantee valid till stock last and we are not responsible and answerable if the offers and schemes validity expires.
Customer can not claim this '30 Day Money Back Guarantee' if he/she returns and refuses to receive the parcel/accessories from the delivery boy or from the delivery counter after reaching the same at delivery address or customer's nearest courier counter (in case of counter delivery) of the courier company as per consignment detail shared with customer.
Customer can not claim this '30 Day Money Back Guarantee if there is any due pending against the purchasing of the accessories.

Customer can not claim his/her offers and schemes if he/she returns the order/purchased accessories or refuse the parcel/accessories to receive.
Customer can not claim any offer and scheme if there is any due pending against the purchasing of the accessories.

To send/ship the defective/Damaged device/apparatus to our workshop Customer has to follow the below package instructions
Always use original and equivalent packet for packaging.
Always paste the computer generated pickup address and shipping address with the logo and sign of handling instruction for courier outside the parcel.
Always write the online generated Job No. outside the parcel.
Always mark as “Fragile” and “Handle With Care” outside of the parcel.
Always write the declaration as “The content of this parcel neither for sale nor for commercial use; the content is a defective IT Component and is being shipped to the above address for repair service/data recovery purpose only. I have read carefully and agreed with all the terms condition applied by Mandira Tech and notified in their website: www.mandiratech.com/Termsandcondition.php. This is computer generated page signature not required”.
Packaging should be in proper way ensuring safety of device/apparatus from any kind damage of internal and external part of the device /apparatus.
Use proper cushion inside the package covering all around the device or apparatus.
Don’t make the packet 30% bigger and 20% smaller than the original packet of the device/apparatus size in Height x Width x Length. If the instruction is not followed by the customer, we may claim pickup charges as per charges applicable.
